Rochelle started with Pearl Electric Inc in March 2023 as Human Resources. With a heavy background in administrative work, Rochelle was looking to start a new career with a company that had potential for growth, also one that would be around for years to come…and she has found that in Pearl. For her, every day is a new learning experience, especially curating and developing the company’s training program, Learn As You Earn, alongside well learned Journeyman Electricians. Rochelle loves spending time with her Husband and 5 beautiful children, as well as spending creative time crafting.
