As a company with 20 years in the Electrical Industry, Pearl Electric Inc. noticed the need for growth within the Industrial Field, especially with the vast amount of knowledge needed to fit the niche of this specialty.
Seeing the potential with company site based hands-on training coupled with on the field training, the Learn as You Earn Program was initiated. This training program is lead by Pearl’s leading Journeyman with decades of industrial experience. The curriculum is based on skills necessary to troubleshoot and correct issues like those out in the real world setting and common issues customers’ report.
The benefit of the Learn as You earn program is that our customers can be assured that we have highly qualified electricians on staff for all of their electrical needs.
EXPERIENCE
All of our lead-electricians are California State Certified and have many years of experience working in Industrial and Commercial applications.
